SeekShopping.com , Inc. is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program.  TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build user’s trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices.  This privacy statement covers the Web site www.Spocka.com.  Because this Web site wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

Collection and Use of Personal Information  

• We collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) from users during registration such as name, home address, e-mail address, and links for purposes such as link exchanges and directory listings. In addition, if you choose to contact any of our customer service representatives via email, we may keep a record of that correspondence so that we may fully address the subject matter and contact you via email or telephone to resolve the matter.

• If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain PII from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).  We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. • Personal Information will be used by our Web site for the following purposes:
• Providing you with the content and information you have requested from us. We may from time to time use your PII to contact you about changes, enhancements or similar notices related to our services. These are critical services updates and you may not opt-out of receiving such communications.  

Disclosure of personal information:  

We will not sell or rent your Personal Information to anyone without your prior consent. We will only disclose your Personal Information to third parties who ar not Agents or Service Providers where you have specifically given us your consent to disclose your PIII for a designated purpose only.  We do not rent, sell, share, or trade your personally identifiable information to third parties for their own promotional purposes.    

• In some sections of our site (links and directory listings) you will have a choice as to whether your Web site address is published alongside submissions or posts you have made to the site. If you choose to publish this information you should be aware that other people or companies not affiliated with our sites could use it to contact you or place you on their own mailing lists. Third Party Advertisers  

The ads appearing on this Web site are delivered to users by Google AdSense our advertising partner. We share Web site usage information about users with a reputable third party Google Analytics for the purpose of targeting our Internet banner and text advertisements on this site.  

Google AdSense uses cookies and clear GIFs on this site, which allow it to recognize a user's cookie when a user visits this site. The information that Google AdSense collects and shares through this technology is not personally identifiable.

Communications From the Site  

• Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email to verify your username and password.  We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email, in accordance with your wishes.

• If you place an order you will receive a receipt, order confirmation, tracking information, and order status emails
• If you had a link to our directory we will update you when your link has been approved via email
• If someone requests a link from you we will notify via email; however, you will only receive 1 such email in a 24-hour period

Choice/Opt Out  

You may not opt out of receiving any of the email communications listed above as they are critical service updates and the core function of the site.  If you do not want to receive these emails, do not register with our site.  If you have any questions regarding your choices, please contact us at links@spocka.com.  

Service Providers  

• We use other third parties for payment processing on our site.  When you purchase a product or service your billing information will be shared with Authorize.net so your payment can be approved. 
• Authorize.net is  prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose including their own marketing purposes. If you choose to use PayPal on our site for payment processing services, you will be sharing your PII directly with PayPal as previously explained.  Please review their privacy practices.

Member Web Site Lists  

Spocka.com provides a link exchange directory. Your personal information is not displayed anywhere on the site. Your Web site is added to our directory once approved. We hide any personally identifiable information behind your user name and do not share your personal information with any other member. Members can only contact you for a link exchange through our Web site.  If you do not want to be contacted through our Web site, do not register with our site.  

Testimonials  

We use testimonials on our site from time to time.  Please be aware that we seek permission to post all testimonials prior to posting.  Please be aware that all testimonials can be viewed by the general public. We will use your First name and last initial when posting testimonials.  In addition, if you would like your testimonial removed at any time, please contact us at links@spocka.com.    

Security  

The security of your personal information is important to us.  When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). To learn more about SSL, follow this link.

Tell-A-Friend  

If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address.  We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site.  Spocka.com does not store this information.
